These Terms of Purchase & Digital Product License (“Terms”) apply to digital products purchased through fleurlevitz.com, operated by FDL Consulting NYC LLC.
By purchasing a digital product from this website, you agree to these Terms.
Digital Products
Products offered through fleurlevitz.com may include frameworks, worksheets, guides, playbooks, diagnostics, templates, and other downloadable materials.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are delivered electronically and no physical product will be shipped.
Single-User License
Unless a different license is expressly provided at the time of purchase, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the purchased material for your own individual use.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
You may download and retain a copy of the purchased product for your individual use.
You may not, without prior written permission from FDL Consulting NYC LLC:
- reproduce or distribute the product to others;
- share the downloaded file with colleagues, clients, teams, organizations, classes, groups, or other individuals;
- upload or post the product, in whole or in substantial part, to a public or shared website, file repository, social-media platform, intranet, learning-management system, collaboration platform, or other shared location;
- resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially redistribute the product;
- remove or obscure copyright or licensing notices; or
- represent the product or its underlying methodology as your own work.
Organizational and Commercial Use
A single-user purchase does not grant an organizational, enterprise, classroom, consulting, training, or redistribution license.
If you wish to use a framework with a team, organization, client group, workshop, course, training program, or other multi-user setting, please contact FDL Consulting NYC LLC regarding appropriate licensing or services.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the frameworks, methodologies, written content, graphics, structure, branding, and other original materials offered through fleurlevitz.com are owned by or licensed to FDL Consulting NYC LLC and/or Fleur Levitz and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
Educational and Informational Purpose
Digital products and content provided through fleurlevitz.com are intended for informational, educational, strategic-planning, and professional-development purposes.
They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, mental-health, employment, or other regulated professional advice and do not guarantee any particular career, business, financial, organizational, or other outcome.
